On Friday August 19th, Steve November, James Thornton, Tom Lister, Kelvin Fletcher and Rik Makarem with Ben Swift, gave up a day and, in aid of Macmillan Cancer Research, cycled from Emmerdale to Eastenders in just under 24 hours.
